What is this subject about?

In this course students will:

• explore stage and screen acting and the different skills required for these two mediums as an actor

•  extend their improvisational and acting skills

• explore a range of theatre styles

• view and analyse live theatre

• perform a solo and in an ensemble

• explore the nature of screen acting in comparison to theatre acting

• develop on-camera acting techniques

• analyse and interpret scripted material to deliver a true to life screen performance

• create a self-tape for a mock audition

• visit a recording studio and experience working in industry
